Power Realization Risk

By: Mike Ye x Ella (AI)

Power Realization Risk — The risk that planned compute cannot become usable on its required commercial timeline because generation, transmission, interconnection, equipment, or energization milestones do not clear.

Power Realization Risk is an exmxc infrastructure decision concept. It connects the Energy force to the date on which financed compute can actually operate.

Power Realization Gate

  • Identify the site, contracted customer, required load, and required operating date.
  • Separate announced load, supply rights, grid access, construction, energization, and observed operation.
  • Record dependencies, conditions, curtailment rights, and the party bearing delay risk.
  • Credit operational capacity only when dated evidence supports delivery; classify missing evidence as unknown.

Demand response can reduce load under agreed conditions; it is not automatically new generation or continuously available compute. The gate classifies evidence and dependencies rather than assigning an unsupported probability of failure.
