Our power thesis

We expect authority over operational actions to become more valuable as models become interchangeable. Palantir gains Interface and Alignment power without needing to own frontier training infrastructure.

Four Forces breakdown

Each force uses the same fixed 0–100 scale. The strongest force and breadth of control determine the Power Score.

Our forecast

Across our 2026–2030 view, the Power Score rises from 67.5 to 73.8; the rank holds at #18.

Compute 20 → 25; Interface 70 → 85; Alignment 90 → 95; Energy 0 → 5.

The thesis above explains our call. Rank can fall even when power grows if other companies gain faster.

What would change our mind

Customers standardize agent permissions and workflows on competing enterprise platforms.
