Applied Capital Architecture
Applied Capital Architecture is the capital layer of exmxc. It connects research to capital through one loop: research → conviction → deployment → feedback.
Research starts with structural shifts, bottlenecks and scarcity forming across the Four Forces of AI Power: Compute, Interface, Alignment and Energy. Frameworks, datasets, Signal Briefs and decision rules build the thesis. Valuation and falsifiers decide whether conviction is strong enough to act on. Capital is committed only when a thesis reaches a defined conviction threshold, and market and operating results feed back into the research.
Three instruments do the work:
- sPEG prices scarcity: what a structurally scarce asset is worth.
- The Scarcity-Durability Framework sizes positions: whether the scarcity is durable enough, and the rent retainable enough, to commit to.
- The AI Infrastructure Convergence Framework times the exit: when the conditions that justified concentration begin to reverse. Its live readings appear on the Convergence Monitor.
Signal Briefs published within Applied Capital Architecture are dated structural reads. They name no positions and are not investment recommendations.
Scope: Applied Capital Architecture documents proprietary capital decisions made with the founder's own capital. It does not manage outside assets, offer investment products or provide investment advice.
